Stephen joined Snelleman Tom in 2019 after an unplanned interview with Martin Kerrigan, which resulted in an accepted job offer 60 minutes later. This decision was validated after he became an equity partner in 2024.
Stephen believes in keeping life simple and focusing on what’s important. He works closely with family businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals and SMSF clients, taking a commercial, technical and holistic approach to help clients achieve more time, more money and less stress.
Driven by his intention to make a positive impact on people’s lives, clients value his attention to detail and his ability to simplify complex issues, building long‑term relationships based on clarity and trust.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys reading books that are too heavy, attempting to hit a golf ball straight, good wine, and spending time with his wife and young children.
